I love it! We have family in Athens and on Crete. I can’t wait to go back. My impression of the Athens vibe is that it reminds me of NYC in the late 80s in the very best way. It’s vibrant!

Athens vibe was excellent. Global capital. Tourist area was not overwhelming. In other neighborhoods local younger folks having fun in bars and sidewalk cafes. Everyone friendly and in a good mood.
