Ugh.A few things I've learned which you probably know, but others new to heat may not. The less animal fat you eat, the cooler you'll be.Think fruits and salads.Keep those pores open.Deodorant,not antiperspirant.No heavy lotion. Lots of water inside&out.Wet hair.Tonic water(quinine) is cooling.
