Really wishing I had central AC right now
I DO have 2 free standing ACs and a window unit but - in 3 different rooms so...yeah you have to live RIGHT in front of one of them on days like these and I can only afford to have one of them running at any given time
Ugh.A few things I've learned which you probably know, but others new to heat may not.
The less animal fat you eat, the cooler you'll be.Think fruits and salads.Keep those pores open.Deodorant,not antiperspirant.No heavy lotion. Lots of water inside&out.Wet hair.Tonic water(quinine) is cooling.
