Thinking about RP-heavy D&D and how my characters would all be autistic by definition since I am. I guess I could pretend to be NT by making what feel to me like wild guesses in response to things people say? Waffle their pancakes, na mean?

A decent DM would work with that

Oh, yeah, I doubt it'd be a *problem* with nearly any DM. Just interesting to imagine how I'd go about doing it, I guess.

Create a 'reactions' table and just roll d% every time someone talks to me.

Saving roll against ((whatever)).

OK, that’s interesting, I assumed the question was could it be accommodated, not what the mechanics of representing would be! I sometimes lack insight into these things being neurobland!

Yeah! Like…how do I mechanically simulate being Not Like This? There's a reason I usually play characters with no social skills. 😅

If your character was British the most realistic way would be to roll d100 and if the number came out between 1 and 100 talk about the weather
