after my day job as a professional artist yesterday I went to bed and randomly decided to watch some beginners guides on Colour theory and art stuff and spent the time thinking well It's about time i looked at some of this 💀

The dark pastels go in the background and the bright lively colors go in the foreground That's all I know

I'd say 90% of comic artists don't know any more about anatomy than the arms and head go on top and the legs go on the bottom

I can barely draw a circle but I did attempt (poorly) How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way back in the day

God yeah, I've long realized how often I say "I really need to learn x" relative to how often I actually take the leap to learn it. I'm better about it now, but procrastination is a pain.

I knew all that when I was in school and have since forgotten all of it and just art by vibes now.

This is me, in addition to other digital art/animation programs like Clip Art Studio, Procreate Dreams, etc.

It's always never enough too lol. that maintaining that knowledge as well.
