It's so fitting that Texas defines road safety as the mortal enemy of pedestrian safety

I once worked in B/CS as a caregiver for a quadriplegic student going to A&M. Seeing how profoundly inaccessible the campus was, and how exceptionally dangerous it was for him to just go a few blocks to class was so fucking infuriating

Don't worry, the kids in these cars are all buckled up.

They don't want you to escape when they crush your car.

Par for the course for a state that turned its slogan against littering into one for chauvinism.

I’m a 5’3” woman and I love how they’ve got people my size poses next to that truck so it looks even bigger and more unsafe. Are they trying to make the cops look unthreatening?

How many toddlers will they run over while safely belted into that monstrosity?
