True story: A couple of years ago, a prominent gaming site reached out and asked if I was interested in writing a feature on urine-themed video game ads. Not wanting to become the Video Game Piss Guy, I declined.

i think it might have been Riven, where the ad was about the audio design and how they put a condom on a microphone and stuck it in the toilet. i feel like it was a 2 pager but i could be mistaken
I wonder if this is like a Dan Schneider thing where one guy with too much influence in the marketing firm decided to sneakily insert his fetish everywhere.
I was there at the time, and gaming, and even I can't really put my mind back in the headspace where I can understand what the hell was going on with game ads.
