due to my adhd it's problematic to ask me to do things that are boring

decided that unfortunately a part of crawling out of my bottomless depression pit will probably involve my getting back into acting in the coming year. this is the less extreme treatment option. if that fails, the next step is going back to improv, and no one wants that.

oh. and i was told by a relative face-to-face today that apparently the worst tweet of the year bracket had a chili neighbor region? so that's pretty funny. people in real life are keeping me posted about these things

anyway. Manny (16) died very suddenly of a stroke while I was away. which did not help. but everyone else is fine.

it turns out that pushing down all your depression and totally isolating yourself for months on end doesn't help. btw. which is weird because it really really feels like it should
