Justice Jackson's concurring opinion specifically cites documents "relating to the electoral votes," so she, at least, contemplated prosecutions related to those documents on remand.
I mean I’m just talking out my ass here but…the EC votes were threatened by J6 and had to be hastily rushed out of the building, thereby impairing their availability for use in the joint session.

This is why all the corporate media is lying about this ruling. Jackson's concurring opinion keeps Donald's charges intact (fake electors) and allows the federal government to rewrite their obstruction charges to be about the electoral votes having to be taken to safety by those Congressional aides.
