NYT is basically just buzzfeed for politics now. They're leaning hard into the clickbait and engagement for engagements sake. We should just stop fucking reading them full stop. Stop rewarding intentional dipshittery to get clicks & shares.

just a reminder that during the American Revolution, the Tories were roughly 30% of the population. They ended up being such a shitty bunch that most of the middle threw in with the rebels over the long haul.
