Do you know if there's any precedent for the equivalent of being defamation proof? "desecration of the grave is impossible, it can't be any worse than putting that bastard in it" If you’re in a jurisdiction where rights of personality aren’t created by statute, the common law is that reputational claims die with you. I was thinking more along the lines of a historical equivalent to pissing on Kissinger's grave.
