I wanted to point this out the other day, I noticed a distinct lack of "genocide joe" discussion as well as a general lack of any news about Gaza from the usual sources.
Probably because they were desperately trying to seem like Good Faith Dems who were Just Very Concerned About Biden's Age.
I'm going to be salty about this for awhile. I did kind of take being called a "genocidaire" personally---it was meant to be personal!---and to watch those people drop it in favor of playing fantasy football with domestic politics is actually enraging
Also note that within the last day, a ceasefire agreement seems to be increasingly likely, and yet there's been next to no reporting on it On Here, in favor of obsessing about how Biden should drop out.

This is the problem with The Omnicause even when you're sincere; every individual cause gets a _very_ surface-level treatment and pivots like this (to whatever argument is most emotionally satisfying) are _really_ common.

I want to know: If Joe were to resign and Kamala become president next week, then she runs for re-election in November, will young lefty voters be satisfied enough to vote?
I have no insight into those people, but I can envision a world where they’re satisfied with their pound of flesh and she can convey some more flexibility on Israel, student loans, etc. one thing to remember is that their complaints have not always been very deep.
I think if it’s Kamala they are hard pressed to say “still not good enough” or “not HER”. like that will be an issue for everyone. you shot your wad rejecting Biden and Hillary, now you need to get behind Kamala or the problem isn’t the leader, it’s you (and you’re a misogynoirist)
