The Court ruling today is terrible but expected. I will just gently remind everyone that the election hasn’t happened yet. We shouldn’t assume the worst outcome as a foregone conclusion. That only encourages more apathy than many are already feeling.
If Biden doesn’t simply use this ruling to kill Trump, legally, then the supreme court will just declare him the winner after the election. If Biden can’t find his nuts and do something RIGHT NOW, there is hardly any point in even voting.
I suppose he could use his unlimited authority to pack the court too, but Biden is so much more fond of killing than he is of reform, so I’m going with the most likely action here.
