Needless to say, NDAs can't "promise jail time" as any dime store lawyer could tell you. Mild red flags here.
Yeah, and that detail concerns me. Not because Trump wouldn't shove something ridiculous and unenforceable in an NDA, but b/c the author should have known AT THE TIME it was stupid. Like I said, mild red flag about this story.
