i will get on my soapbox and say the manga is much better than the anime. and not in the normal "the manga is better" way just like. the manga is this gritty grindhouse body horror action series. and the anime sands off so many of the rough edges.

it was worth watching for the OP and some of the EDs at least. not a big fan of the stylistic choices of it though.

i am just now getting into anime for real this time and it's one of the best ones ive seen so far, would recommend

School arc is great, but honestly Public Safety arc is maybe the best 100 chapters of standalone manga ever drawn

public safety arc was fucking incredible. i kinda wish we got more slice of life with school arc, but also i do like that thematically it's a response to part 1

a sterling example of how shonen is best when it's allowed to be authentically, endearingly horny
