Si la "punition", c'est une petite amende ou une tape sur les doigts, après des mois à "étudier le dossier", il n'y a aucune incentive à changer les choses... Même principe dans d'autres pays, où même les grosses pollutions ou failles finissent en amende. Globalement, c'est intégré aux coûts...

Ici au Bénin, le popcorn est parfois coloré (vert, rose), mais ni salé, ni sucré, même fait maison... J'ai fini par faire du caramel et fait découvrir aux enfants autour de moi... (j'ai fait pareil avec l'ananas pour leurs parents...)
