6-3 for total immunity is devastating. This isn’t a ruling for 45, this is permission for 47.

Court expansion just became an absolute necessity. This ruling is illegitimate, and this court is illegitimate. But since there aren't 16 GOP Senators (or even *ONE*) who would vote to remove any of them, court expansion is the only solution. And Democrats need to be saying that on a loop.
