Court expansion just became an absolute necessity. This ruling is illegitimate, and this court is illegitimate. But since there aren't 16 GOP Senators (or even *ONE*) who would vote to remove any of them, court expansion is the only solution. And Democrats need to be saying that on a loop.

Oh sure. But impeachment actions must originate in the House. The Senate can't consider impeachment until the House refers articles of impeachment to them, which won't happen with a GOP-controlled House. But AOC says she'll introduce impeachment articles next Monday anyway, which I fully support.

Obviously I meant the senators would vote on it after the House had impeached.

50 senators will have a favorable king and 50 an unfavorable king. This certainly adds up to 67. Oh wait
