I genuinely believe that Biden should pick a few things and act as John Roberts has permitted he can.
Then he can resign on January 19, and have Kamala pardon him, to test the absolute nature of pardons Roberts authorized.
If Trump wins, Biden's going to jail anyway.
This is the climate policy we get with a court system invested in a dictatorship of Republicans: the President has total immunity and absolute power...unless he's a Democrat & does something good for the country.

If nothing else, it would force them to create some awkward new precedents around what the president is still not allowed to do, which they would then have to even more awkwardly repudiate when Trump tries to do the same things.
