I want to mention *many* medications are anticholinergic and/or antihistamines, even if they're not used for that purpose. They include meds for overactive bladder, stomach cramps, nausea, antipsychotics and antidepressants, and lots more.

I'm safely ensconced in the Puget Sound region. I didn't like it when it was 85, but it's no 100+ degrees like the rest of the country is dealing with.

Baltimore; same. 99F yesterday, 98F today. Yesterday, the news said it "feels like" 104F. Part of being a millennial is witnessing collapse from every angle. It's pretty intense, tbh! And my brain is oriented to problem-solving but, well, oriented to #MECFS right now...

I just started taking Antidepressants and ADHD meds within the last year... this explains why I have felt so miserable
