Today I did a small test batch. Pickled garlic scapes in a brown sugar balsamic fire cider brine. The idea is that once you are finished with the scapes the brine can be used on other veggies like green beans and asparagus as a sauce. 🍽️🌿🌱#permaculture

I must know how this turns out when you cook with this concoction.

I’m pretty excited about the dual purpose aspect. I’m also thinking it would work well as a vinaigrette.
