I should have done this a while back but I think I finally decided to install Linux on my phone and tablet instead of Android. Android just gives you headaches. That and Google not being the best company.

Today in our #plantbased kitchen: A Bosnian-style pita kind of burek! Filled with carrot, onion, and zucchini, sprinkled with Nigella seeds and baked until crispy and golden. ๐
Today in our #plantbased kitchen: Dolma! Raymond picked me some lovely grape vine leaves from our garden, and hollyhock flowers to use. Rolled with a Greek-style filling of rice, spring onion, mint, and dill, then assembled on leaves, sliced tomato, and covered with more leaves before cooking. ๐

Tonight's dinner ๐๐ฝ๏ธ: Quinotto de Camarones - a Chilean dish of quinoa cooked like a risotto, topped with shrimp. Rich and creamy, definitely a good thing to do with quinoa.
