While watching Spaceman on Netflix, I was seriously bugged by the lack of communication delay. Supposed to be 33-53 minutes based on the positions of Earth and Jupiter.
Do you find that you can't continue watching a show due to egregious technical errors?
A former employer had a large number of ‘dark subscriptions’ from inactive users whose cards were still being billed.
My coworkers and I wanted to inform these users so they could cancel their subs. Finance department wouldn’t let us. It was a lot of money.
There should be a federal law requiring companies to send you a notice via email every time they deduct money from your account. Like, if you subscribed to a service ages ago and forgot about it, you should get a monthly heads up. ("Hey, we just took another $15 from you. Just FYI.")
