I know it's been said before but one more time won't hurt. Barbara Stanwyck is the definition of smoldering in Double Indemnity.

Ever since TCM Underground went kaput, I relish when the network goes outside its normal boundaries. Yes, it's a classic film starring Agnes Morehead, who never ceases to entertain. But, it's also a cornerstone of the Women in Prison subgenre. Good stuff.
