This prompted by my gc with my white male friends where the libs are arguing why the calls to civility from trumpists range hollow and they ask how a gay dude bears it when the project the cons are advancing is the abstract destruction of people like me
This reminds me of a point I sometimes make to write Libertarians: if you object to taxes strongly enough that you end up paying none, the State has no interest in keeping you alive. You are not participating in the virtuous circle of a well-run government, and healthy, well-educated citizens.
