And in curtain-twitching news, it looks as though somebody new is moving in next door to Mr & Mrs Campervan, who have been away in the Van for several weeks, incidentally.

This morning I managed 16 minutes' walking at 1.3kph, totalling 0.35km. Not all in one go, but I am reasonably pleased with that. More tomorrow. I'm only posting it here for the record, to encourage myself.

I only managed 5 minutes and 0.1km on the treadmill today, though I did up the speed to 1.3kph. Feeling a bit knackered after a bad night's sleep. But I have made a quiche, with home made pastry.

A bit of a crap afternoon. After having to sort out my scam foolishness, then the printer decided to disconnect itself from the computer. Finally got it back online after much faffing.🙄

Bloody hell - I've just been scammed. Text purporting to be from Vodafone, saying I have points to redeem. Long story short, I seem to have set up an Apple Pay account (no iPhone). Phoned my bank immediately. Card cancelled & Apple account flagged up as fraud. I feel a bit stupid, but not too much.
