This is a place where Trump is actually vulnerable. He will not answer questions. He tries to avoid being on record so that he can do whatever he wants. That’s a winning topic! He broke his oath to the Constitution and now he’s lying to you so he can do it again. People don’t like breaking promises!
I think this is fair criticism, broadly speaking. But if you watched the debate, Trump didn’t say anything new. In fact, he was so disciplined in his messaging that he rarely answered the questions and just stuck to his stump speech. Biden saying stuff like “we finally beat Medicare” was new.
