this is exceptional. if they don't receive a Pulitzer, not only on principle but for delivering quality journalism under the most intense pressure, the Pulitzer Foundation should be shamed into irrelevance.
I managed to get on the WKCR livestream the night of the NYPD raid. I was amazed by how polite the reporters in the field were about cutting in with updates. Quite apart from the content of the reports, it demonstrated grace under pressure.
And the producer (?) in the studio doing air traffic control with all the field reporter updates never lost her cool while juggling everyone. Impressive.
