Except for those who are targeted by the powerful, after rule of law flies out the window. I don't think most Americans have any idea what it means to lose that protection. The law may not be serving some already, but it'll be worse when rights for anyone but the "in" group are a thing of the past.
My town was turned into a war zone by Trump including people being disappeared off the street by DoJ thugs in unmarked vehicles.
It was NOT at all boring. And I'm pretty sure the next time will involve a ton more bloodshed now that the SOCTUS has placed him above the law.
