The new physio clinic I go to looks very clinical and institutional: part hospital, part school gym. It exudes zero New Age vibes. No essential oils or natural cures are sold. This makes me feel safe and well taken care of.

Last night I finished watching the final season of Sex Education. My favourite characters were Eric and (of course!) Maeve, but I loved all of the truly diverse and inclusive cast. I'd love to see something in the same vein, but with middle-aged characters. Please, #Neflix!
