I find it hilarious how the "art degrees are not real degrees, they need to be cut" are now horrified that their IMPORTANT, valuable degrees are also being cut. Because the issue never was that there are "useless" degrees. They just want people uneducated.
It's like what just happened at West Virginia University. It was a farce. They cut graduate math programs. I think some (biomedical) engineering. And, physics IIRC. A lot of STEM.
Extremely foolish when those programs lead to solid jobs and train the math and science teachers of a poor state. Nutz!
