OK this is too funny. The Portillo's in my hometown just opened so I decided it was lunch for the professional development day. Wholly unplanned, my sister who teaches AP Stat at the high school on the opposite side of town, also made the same decision.

One of the clever things we did with our 2018 logo redesign (eg we don't want MSU to sue us) was make the Spartan helmet also be in the shape of an S.
