We should also re-assess how the number of Senators is determined. The current arrangement is far from fair or equitable.

I mean, yes, but that's a feature of the Constitution, not a bug. The founders absolutely intended the imbalance and it would take an amendment to change it. Increasing the number of House seats and granting DC statehood are both simple majority acts of Congress.
