Today was Seijinshiki, coming of age day in Japan, when girls (and some guys) who turned 20 in the last year dress up in beautiful kimono and go to attend coming of age ceremonies with their friends. And I sneak around behind them and take photos because they look so pretttyyyyyyyy

A TRUTH, or at least in my case it really did seem to help. Still felt a bit ratty for a day, but much less than I did for most previous ones.

Reminder: If you're one of the people who feel like shit after COVID vaccination, take 50mg diphenhydramine (Benadryl) 15 minutes before or a double dose of Claritin/Allegra/Zyrtec 2-3 hours before the shot and you will feel less like shit because it will minimize the mast cell reaction!
