Jen Ebbeler: Yup… I was watching the lege regularly for higher Ed stuff and in the process heard them discuss a bunch of other stuff, pass things that were cruel, blatantly unconstitutional, etc. Thankfully a lot died in committee but not the water break bill—which is just insane.

It’s unimaginable to me that anyone can survive a Texas summer without AC at this point. It’s not just uncomfortable it’s a massive health risk.
