It’s all 100% masks off at this point, lads. Judge Cannon went and did it. She has dismissed the stolen documents case against Trump on Clarence Thomas’s (nonsense) appointments clause rationale.
It really feels like we’re exiting the previous era of plausible deniability and entering a new era of corrupt rulings begetting more corrupt rulings.
Basically every ruling by any tRump judge or conservative court is a dare.
Not all of them, but for those judges who didn't play along, they retroactively became Democrats.
(At least according to Republicans.)
