I did not know this either. It feels like the least "Albini" project imaginable! Like the polar opposite of "Rid of Me"! But yeah, both are transcendent works, and it all makes sense.

He was hired specifically to record the Harp and they did it in Chicago because Newsome is a Lyon & Healy artist

I was really impressed by his response to learning that "Jordan, Minnesota" was based on misinformation. He could have gotten defensive, "how could we have known," but instead he was angry at himself for being so readily duped.

And his method of apology strikes me as so earnest and real: he frequently says "that's on me," and "I can't change what I did," but expresses what seems like a genuine interest in listening and trying to make it right.

Here he is talking about Jordan, MN, at 59:16. "I was a sucker for that whole line, and it bothers me, and there's nothing I can do to make amends for it. Those people are still there, carrying the indignity of being accused of all this horrific behavior, and I was just another guy needling them."
