imagine if billionaires had to take 300 supreme court justices fishing every time they wanted something; what a nightmare scenario That was why Athens had large juries: to prevent bribery 'Today the supreme court moves into it's new stadium...' Well, they wouldn't have to worry about the EPA slamming them for overfishing anymore, that's for sure. Well, their boats are certainly big enough, but it would be hell keeping the drink orders straight.
