Well, you see, bribery is something that rich people do, and sleeping outside is something poor people do

I haven't been following the arguments, I'm curious whether at any point the situation of a worker (presumably with a home) needing to pull over and sleep for fatigue/safety reasons is also committing a crime? If anyone happens to be familiar with the case at that level of detail.
