If this is true then the only next stepped is an armed revolution of the proletariat, in which case practicing how to be annoying in an organized way and building community with your neighbors will be useful.

Unfortunately I think the time for being annoying is over. The other side is pressuring them with violence. Which will they cave to irritation or their families being threatened with death.

You cannot just “guess I’ll die” out of this you have to make them drag you into the streets kicking and screaming
