Yeah, I don't know that this would survive a strict fact-check because some of the bullet points are just the inevitable conclusions of the policies being promoted in there. And I think there are a handful of things that are just Trump policies rather than things made explicit in Project 2025.

I'm actually going to delete my tweet because I don't feel comfortable promoting it for that reason anymore. That claim "eliminate the FDA" isn't accurate as far as I know. They just want to weaponize the FDA against abortion access.

the HHS section pretty clearly emphasizes that the drive will be to return the regulation of medicine and medical practice to the states, so that's pretty anti-FDA I'll look for wording when I can but I guarantee you anti-vaccine BS will be in there too

It's mostly the GOP platform, but it's not project 2025. Project 2025 is about how they're going to replace civil servants and the justice system to hand as much power as possible to the executive. The end goal is to achieve the platform you see in that tweet, but project 2025 is more the "How".
