Yuppp absolutely. I’ve said it before: the right-wing movement is united around a total backlash to any social pressure against being mean and dumb, and when people fall into the right-wing movement, it’s because someone made them feel mean or dumb and they didn’t like it

I really don’t think most people realize just how hard the boot will come down if Trump and the Republicans win the election. Most people have never experienced the totalitarian surveillance state with the power to reach into their homes and minds at will they are telling us is their plan.

17 Presidents were Senators, 15 were VPs. Harris has been both. Standard POTUS qualification stuff. There's been only one President who never held a high-ranking government post before: Donald Trump, and it showed through his incompetence and mismanagement.

Before you accuse me of being a Biden stan, you should know that I was opposed to him in the 2020 primary. I never wanted this guy to be president. I was vocal about it. But he really has done the work, and his accomplishments have surprised me. I’ll vote for him again with no reservations.

I’ve seen people scoffing at the idea that the media are at the VERY LEAST partly responsible for the massive Joe Biden pile-on. Sure, man. The New York Times keeps it on their front page for more than a week, with 192 articles and counting, but that has no effect on anybody. Sure.

You're simply demonstrating my point. Trump's insane gibberish is treated as an exogenous and immutable feature of the landscape while tons of people in the media and the Democratic party are equivocating between concern over Biden's odds of winning vs. his ostensible health / cognitive fitness.
