Hmm... because they'd prefer to win than lose? Just a stab in the dark... (but I'm guessing you're thinking it's for a deep dark nefarious purpose, like others are going to cut taxes like trump, or send more money to Israel, or stop supporting Ukraine and that's what they all want) But sure.
