He could just have a "discussion" about "possible investigations" into the judge with some DOJ officials and then make sure the judge hears about it. That, as I understand it thanks to SCOTUS, could never even be brought up in the judge's own court.

Can SCOTUS themselves introduce it as evidence or do they first have to neuter immunity?
