I have a LOT of complicated feelings about the Neil Gaiman situation. I'm not going to add to the flood of white noise by trying to analyze it (I think we should *all* cool it there, TBH), and I honestly don't have it in me to try, but I found this comforting, which is something I needed.
This means a lot to me right now and, while the work may be tainted, the effect it had on me at the time can't change. The alchemy it created in my artistic life is mine alone and that can't be taken away. Thank you, Kirstyn. (Via author Kirstyn McDermott on FB)
