I tried to buy an ebook direct from the publisher. It made me register a new account, no guest checkout option. Then it wanted my postal address and phone no. For an ebook! Then no PayPal option. Which is where I quit. In this day and age that's unacceptable. Email and PayPal is all that's needed.
