A good movie. My fellow #skystorians were right - John Wayne is the worst part of THE LONGEST DAY, especially if you know how he was paid 10 times what the rest of the cast made, and insisted on special credit too. (Like so many actors in WW2 movies, even today, also far too old for the role.)
