... It doesn't feel like I'm getting anything done, and I'm pissed that It takes me so long to settle into this routine.

What form of neuro is it when you have to sit at home for a week before you can move things for a couple of minutes? I can do an hour's worth of several chores but only in five minute spurts of each with sitting down in between. At the end of the day a lot has gotten done buttt....
