Here’s the “stay in” option A I was recommending three days ago, when I was still leaning towards this one over the “endorse Kamala” option B. If he stays in, I want him to be confident that he can demolish Trump in future debates. Ask for more. If it really was just a blip, demand a rematch.
I am confident that he’ll at least do *better* though I’m not confident that he’d do (overall) great. Still, I’d try to do more bc I don’t think there are that many people that will abandon you over bad debates anyway, so might as well try to change the narrative.
I respect that! That makes sense to me. Honestly I can still see the appeal of it. This is the way to go if he stays. If he’s in, all in. Double down on confidence.
