Yesterdays efforts. Bread dough was great but I had a mess shaping (bought some parchment that the dough sticks to!) and honey and homemade ricotta cheesecake.

Yesterday’s efforts. Batard cooking on baking stone, boule in dutch oven. Got the lame working a little better in the batard. I need to practice shaping! Haven’t sliced yet so no clue about crumb.
